摘　　要：民族地区产业高质量发展是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的有力支撑,也是我国全面建成社会主义现代化强国的有效路径。基于熵值法综合评价模型,测度民族八省区产业高质量发展综合水平及各维度水平,通过面板计量模型对民族地区产业高质量发展的驱动因素进行深入分析。结果表明:2011-2020年民族地区产业高质量发展水平总体处于波动上升趋势,产业的绿色发展维度得分相对较高,各省区之间的发展水平存在一定的差异与不协调性;在驱动因素方面,环境规制、人力资本、信息基础、数字创新要素、金融发展对产业高质量发展具有正向影响,而经济发展与政府干预在发展不平衡、不充分时会对产业高质量发展形成一定的下行压力。因此,推进民族地区产业高质量发展需要因地制宜,制定区域特色产业发展战略。The high-quality development of industries in ethnic regions is a strong support for strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation,and also an effective path for China to comprehensively build a socialist modernized power.Based on the entropy method comprehensive evaluation model,the comprehensive level of high-quality industrial development and the development level of various dimensions in the eight provinces and regions of ethnic minorities were measured.The driving factors of high-quality industrial development in ethnic regions were analyzed in depth through a panel econometric model.The results indicate that the overall high-quality development level of industries in ethnic regions from 2011 to 2020 is on a fluctuating upward trend,with relatively high scores in the green development dimension of industries.There is a certain gap and inconsistency in the development level among provinces and regions;In terms of driving factors,environmental regulations,human capital,information infrastructure,digital innovation elements,and financial development have a positive impact on the high-quality development of industries,while economic development and government intervention can form certain downward pressure on the high-quality development of industries when development is imbalanced and insufficient.Promoting the high-quality development of industries in ethnic regions requires adapting to local conditions and formulating regional characteristic industry development strategies.
