综合训练法治疗屈光性弱视临床分析

摘　　要：探讨屈光性弱视儿童采用综合训练法的临床疗效。选取2015年1月—2019年1月临沂高新医院眼科门诊收治的192例屈光性弱视儿童作为研究对象,根据患儿年龄、屈光状态及弱视程度,将患儿分组,比较各组的临床治疗效果。结果显示,不同组间弱视患儿治疗总有效率不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄越小,治疗效果越好。弱视程度越轻,临床治疗效果越好。不同弱视类型的治愈率不完全相同,远视性弱视治疗效果最好。研究发现,综合训练法对于屈光性弱视疗效好,其疗效与弱视年龄、屈光状态及弱视程度密切相关。Exploring the clinical efficacy of comprehensive training in children with refractive amblyopia.192 children with refractive amblyopia admitted to the ophthalmology outpatient department of Linyi High-tech Hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into groups based on their age,refractive status,and degree of amblyopia,and the clinical treatment effects of each group were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment for amblyopia children varied among different groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The younger the age,the better the treatment effect.The lighter the degree of amblyopia,the better the clinical treatment effect.The cure rates for different types of amblyopia are not entirely the same,and the treatment effect for hyperopia amblyopia is the best.Research has found that the comprehensive training method has a good therapeutic effect on refractive amblyopia,and its efficacy is closely related to the age,refractive status,and degree of amblyopia.
