我国高校档案数字化建设实践调查与推进策略

摘　　要：在数字时代,人们的思维方式、工作和生活方式都发生了巨大的变化。人才的自由流动使得学校档案的流动性越来越强,借阅率越来越高,数量也越来越丰富,档案管理的数字化建设势在必行。本文基于对高校档案工作的实地调研,结合实际工作管理经验,指出档案数字化工作的意义,论述当前学校档案数字化的现状与问题,并剖析原因,提出档案数字化建设的推进策略,以期能够为高校的综合发展提供建议。In the digital age,people's way of thinking,working and living has undergone tremendous changes.The free flow of talents has made the school archives more and more mobile,the borrowing rate higher and higher,and the number of the archives being used increasingly large,which makes the digital construction of the archival management imperative.Based on the field investigation of university archives,combined with the actual management experience,this paper points out the significance of archival digitization,discusses the current status and problems of the archival digitization in the universities,analyzes the reasons and puts forward the promotion strategy of the archival digitization construction,so as to provide suggestions for the comprehensive development of the universities.
