摘 要:文章使用20 kGy/h的低剂量率电子束在空气中对乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)材料进行辐照研究,其中辐照剂量范围为0~300 kGy。采用子顺磁共振谱仪(ESR)、电子万能试验机、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对辐照前后样品进行表征。结果表明:在辐照过程中,主要自由基产物为过氧自由基,增加辐照剂量,产生的过氧自由基的浓度不断上升。随着吸收剂量的增加,ETFE的断裂伸长率和断裂强度逐渐降低。随着吸收剂量的增加,ETFE的结晶度和熔点逐渐下降。结晶度从54.1%下降至43.1%,熔点从255.1℃下降至244.1℃。辐照不会改变或诱导ETFE的晶型发生变化,但导致结晶度降低。SAXS实验表明,辐照破坏样品内部晶粒的完整性。The ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE)material was irradiated in air with a low dose rate electron beam of 20 kGy/h,and the irradiation dose range was 0~300 kGy.The samples before and after irradiation were characterized by electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer(ESR),electronic universal testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results show that during the irradiation process,the main free radical product is peroxy radical,and the concentration of peroxy radical increases with the increase of irradiation dose.With the increase of absorbed dose,the elongation at break and breaking strength of ETFE decrease gradually.With the increase of absorbed dose,the crystallinity and melting point of ETFE decrease gradually.The crystallinity is decreased from 54.1%to 43.1%,and the melting point is decreased from 255.1℃to 244.1℃.Irradiation does not change or induce the crystal form of ETFE,but leads to a decrease in crystallinity.SAXS experiments show that irradiation destroys the integrity of the grains inside the sample.
