麻黄细辛附子汤在肺络病中的运用

摘　　要：肺络病是“络病”概念在肺系疾病中的具体化,核心病机在于肺络构效异常,根本症结在于肺络“承制”失衡,严重影响患者的身心健康,临床治疗非常棘手。麻黄细辛附子汤记载于张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》,功效为解表散寒、固护肾阳,主治太阳表证兼少阴阳虚证。临床实践表明,麻黄细辛附子汤治疗络伤肺虚侯下的络伤气虚证,肺络失约侯下的肺络壅塞证、肺络绌急证、肺络弛张证,邪伏肺络侯下的痰凝肺络证每获奇效。从肺络构效理论与肺络病辨治纲目经纬出发,探讨麻黄细辛附子汤在肺络病中的运用,旨在为慢性肺系疾病临床辨治提供思路与方法。Lung collateral disease is the embodiment of the concept of“collateral disease”.The core pathogenesis lies in the abnormal structures and functions of lung collateral,and the fundamental crux lies in the imbalance of the functions of lung collat-eral,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of patients and the clinical treatment is very difficult.Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction(麻黄细辛附子汤)is recorded in the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhongjing.Its efficacy is to resolve the exterior and dissipate cold,strengthen kidney Yang,and mainly treat Taiyang meridian ex-terior syndrome and Shaoyin meridian Yang deficiency syndrome.The clinical practice shows that Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction has a remarkable effect in treating the syndrome of collateral injury and Qi deficiency under the syndrome of collateral injury and lung deficiency,the syndrome of lung collateral congestion,the syndrome of lung collateral deficiency and the syndrome of lung collateral relaxation under the syndrome of lung collateral failure,and the syndrome of phlegm coagulation and lung collateral un-der the syndrome of pathogenic lung collateral.This article discussed the application of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of lung collateral diseases from the perspective of the structures and functions of lung collateral theory and the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment of lung collateral diseases,in order to provide ideas and methods for the clinical differen-tiation and treatment of chronic lung diseases.
