基于“金曰审平”理论探析肺脏生理功能

摘　　要：金曰审平理论源于《黄帝内经》,是对肺重要生理功能的完整诠释和高度总结。后世多认为“肺主肃降”为肺重要生理功能之一,然“肃降”仅言肺通过向下、向内的作用肃降水液、气机,难免略有失宜,不能全面概括肺的生理功能。肺性类金,金曰审平即言肺通过肃降、调和功能,使清净平和之气布散适宜,与诸脏腑协同配合转输气血津液于全身,使人体各功能处于相对协调平衡状态,即肺不仅向下、向内肃降气机、水液,更助情志和畅,气血津液顺行,既使五脏之气不盛不衰,无损无益,又保障五脏功能正常运行。以《黄帝内经》为依据,论述肺与营卫、气血、津液、情志以及其他藏象的关系,更加全面地阐释肺所具有的重要生理功能。The theory that metal is characterized by calming and tranquilizing first appeared in Huangdi Neijing,which is a complete interpretation and high summary of the important physiological functions of lung.Later generations believe that“lung governing purification and descending”is one of the important physiological functions of lung,but“descending”only means that lung suppress water and Qi movement through downward and inward action,which is inevitably slightly inappropriate and cannot comprehensively summarize the physiological functions of lung.Lung pertains to the metal,the theory means that lung can spread the pure and peaceful Qi appropriately through the purification and descending function,and cooperate with the organs to transfer Qi and blood fluid to the whole body,so that the functions of the human body are in a relatively coordinated and balanced state.That is,lung not only downward and inwardly suppresses Qi movement and water metabolism,but also helps the emotions and smoothness,and Qi,blood and liquid go in the right direction,even if Qi of the five Zang-organs is not prosperous and does not fade,it is not harmful and useless,but also ensures the normal operation of the functions of the five Zang-organs.Based on the theories in Huangdi Neijing,this paper elaborated the relationship between lung and the nutrient Qi or defensive Qi,Qi and blood,fluid,emotion and other Zang-organs,more comprehensively explained the important physiological functions of lung.
