牡丹叶的化学成分、药理作用及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：牡丹叶是民间常见的观赏性中药材,具有解毒止痢、活血化瘀的功效,其化学成分主要包括总苷类、黄酮类、多酚类以及多糖类等,现代药理研究表明,牡丹叶具有抗炎、抗病毒、镇痛、抑菌、抗氧化、抑制酪氨酸活性等药理活性。基于化学成分和药理作用的基础上,对牡丹叶进行质量标志物预测分析,推测芍药苷、没食子酸、丹皮酚、没食子酸甲酯、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰葡萄糖、鞣花酸等是牡丹叶质量标志物(Quality marker, Q-marker),为牡丹叶质量评价体系建立提供参考。Mudanye(Peony Leaves)is a common Chinese medicinal material,with the functions of detoxifying,stopping dys-entery,promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.Its chemical components mainly include total glycosides,fla-vonoids,polyphenols and polysaccharides.The modern pharmacology study shows that the Mudanye(Peony Leaves)has anti-inflammatory,antiviral,analgesia,antibacterial,antioxidant,inhibition of the activity of tyrosine and pharmacological activities.In this paper,based on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects,the quality markers(Q-markers)of Mudanye(Peony Leaves)were predicted and analyzed,and it was speculated that paeoniflorin,gallic acid,paeonol,methyl gallic acid,1,2,3,4,6-pentagaloyl glucose and gallnut acid were Q-markers of Mudanye(Peony Leaves).It provides reference for the establishment of Mudanye(Peony Leaves)quality evaluation system.
