摘　　要：体质为判断易患疾病,疾病性质与发展的重要手段,不同体质的患者在外貌、体态、性格、心理等方面各不相同,现今文献多分析阴阳二十五人的生理、心理、病理的不同,而未深入研究其治疗方法,文章基于其他学者与古文献研究的生理、病理特征继续深入研究并创新性结合临床表现的心理特征推论其针刺疗法,并在饮食与音乐疗法进行扩充。《黄帝内经·灵枢》第六十四篇阴阳二十五人就人体的不同体质做了详细的划分。其中肾脏属水,为先天之本,水形人禀水气而生,其与先天体质的关系密不可分,故该研究基于《黄帝内经》阴阳二十五人,论述水形人的体质、性格、心理、易患疾病的不同,并进行总结与创新将此研究,结合经络采取新的选穴方式,可以在临床中提供新的选穴思路。Constitution is an important means of determining the susceptibility,nature and development of diseases.Patients with different constitutions vary in appearance,posture,personality,psychology and other aspects.Currently,the literature mostly analyzes the physiological,psychological and pathological diferences of the 25 Yin-Yang individuals,but does not delve into their treatment methods.Based on the physiological,psychological and pathological differences studied by other scholars and ancient literature,it made the further in-depth research on pathological features and innovative inference of acupuncture therapy based on psychological characteristics of clinical manifestations and expansion in diet and music therapy.Chapter 64 of Yellow Emperors Internal Classic·Lingshu provides a detailed division of the different constitutions of the human body by 25 Yin-Yang individuals.Among them,kidney belongs to water and is the foundation of innate constitution.Individuals with Water Constitu-tion are born with water and Qi,and their relationship with innate constitution is inseparable.Therefore,based on Yin-Yang 25 individuals of Yellow Emperors Internal Classic,it discussed the differences in constitution,personality,psychology and susceptibil-ity to diseases of individuals with water constitution and summarizing and innovated this study.Combining with meridians,adop-ting new acupoint selection methods can provide new acupoint selection ideas in clinical practice.
