摘　　要：介绍了超宽荒管再加热炉的特点、设计采取的技术措施和技术难点,通过模拟不同的炉型结构,分析了影响炉子温度、流场的因素,对比不同的炉型结构,不断进行优化改进。对设计和生产过程存在的问题和经验教训进行了分析和总结,并对以后的设计提出了改进优化的建议和措施。The characteristics of the ultra-wide pierced billet tube reheating furnace,the technical measures and technical difficulties adopted in the design are introduced.Through the simulation of different furnace structures,the factors affecting the temperature and flow field of the furnace are analyzed,and the different furnace structures are compared to optimize and improve constantly.The problems and experiences in the design and production process are analyzed and summarized,and some suggestions and measures to improve and optimize the design are put forward.
