摘　　要：目的探究甘草煎剂治疗白血病化疗后肝功能异常患者的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考方案。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月本院收治的40例白血病患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予甘草煎剂辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标、手术指标及肝功能损伤发生情况。结果治疗前,两组谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组GPT、GOT水平均高于治疗前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗依从性评分高于对照组,医疗费用低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肝功能损伤发生率为5.00%,明显低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘草煎剂治疗白血病化疗后肝功能异常患者,可显著改善患者肝功能指标,提高化疗依从性,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of glycyrrhiza decoction in the treatment of patients with abnormal liver function after chemotherapy for leukemia,and to provide a reference scheme for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 40 leukemia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given licorice decoction adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The liver function indexes of before and after treatment,surgical indicators and liver function damage were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of GPT and GOT of the two groups were higher than before treatment,but the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The chemotherapy compliance score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the medical cost was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of liver function injury in the observation group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 35.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Licorice decoction in the treatment of patients with abnormal liver function after chemotherapy for leukemia can significantly improve the liver function indexes,improve chemotherapy compliance,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce medical costs,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
