牵正散加减配合阴阳跷脉交会穴治疗急性脑干梗死眼肌麻痹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究牵正散加减配合阴阳跷脉交会穴治疗急性脑干梗死眼肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月至2021年12月本院收治的62例急性脑干梗死眼肌麻痹患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各31例。两组均给予牵正散加味治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗组给予阴阳跷脉交会穴针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的64.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组症状评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组症状评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牵正散加减配合阴阳跷脉交会穴治疗急性脑干梗死眼肌麻痹疗效确切,可疏通经络,运行气血,提高神经兴奋性,改善神经肌肉营养,促进受损眼肌运动功能恢复或改善,提高患者生命质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiazheng powder combined with Yin yang Qiaomai Jiaohui point in the treatment of acute cerebral stem infarction ophthalmoplegia.Methods 62 patients with eye muscle paralysis with acute cerebral stem infarction ophthalmoplegia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Qianzheng powder,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Yinyang Qiaomai intersection point.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.55%,which was higher than 64.52%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups;after treatment,symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianzheng Powder combined with Qiaomai Jiaohui point is effective in treating eye muscle paralysis of acute cerebral stem infarction ophthalmoplegia,it can dredge meridians,running blood,improve nerve excitability,improve neuromuscular nutrition,promote the recovery or improvement of motor function of damaged eye muscle,and improve the quality of life of patients.
