摘　　要：目的探究同步放化疗联合巩固化疗与序贯放化疗治疗老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月本院收治的72例老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(序贯放化疗)与观察组(同步放化疗联合巩固化疗),各36例。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为75.00%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论老年Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的治疗中采用同步放化疗加巩固化疗的综合疗效优于序贯放化疗,两种治疗方案治疗不良反应发生率相当。Objective To explore the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with consolidation chemotherapy and sequential chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group(sequential chemoradiotherapy)and the observation group(concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with consolidation chemotherapy)according to different treatment options,with 36 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 75.00%,which was significantly higher than 50.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The comprehensive efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus consolidation chemotherapy in the treatment of elderly patients with stageⅢnon-small cell lung cancer is better than that of sequential chemoradiotherapy,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two treatment regimens is similar.
