摘　　要：张仲景著书《伤寒论》有“名为伤寒”者本当为疫也,从“取类比象”之说而道“伤寒”“中风”“温病”皆症象法比天地之类而名之,此为鉴也而未有云“伤寒”即非瘟疫也,又参《汉书》《后汉书》等据之而考,仲景所谓“伤寒”当法同瘟疫病因及特性,再参时下奥密克戎感染病患证治亦可佐之,故云仲景所谓“伤寒”当本是“瘟疫”之属,而仲景治“伤寒”之法亦可指导奥密克戎感染病患的证治。In ZHANG Zhongjing's book Treatise on Febrile Diseases,there was a saying that“Shanghan”should be a plague disease.From the perspective of“analogy”,he said that“Shanghan”,“stroke”and“epidemic febrile disease”were all diseases like the heaven and the earth.This was a lesson,but there was no saying that“Shanghan”was not a plague.Also,refer to Han History,Book of Later Han Dynastyand other evidence,Zhongjing's so-called“Shanghan”was the same as the cause and charac-teristics of plague.Furthermore,the current diagnosis and treatment of Omicron-infected patients can also be assisted.There-fore,Zhongjing's so-called“Shanghan”should originally belong to the category of“plague”,and Zhongjing's method of treating“Shanghan”can also guide the diagnosis and treatment of Omicron-infected patients.
