摘 要:目的:探究多管发酵法与滤膜法对生活饮用水微生物的检验效果。方法:以某中心送检的78份生活饮用水作为实验对象,以检查方法为依据将其划分为两组,各39份,对照组采取滤膜法检验,观察组采用多管发酵法检验,分析两组检验合格率以及水样中微生物检出情况。结果:多管发酵法水样检验合格率高于滤膜法(P<0.05)。在未处理水样检测过程中,相比于滤膜法检验,多管发酵法检验的杂菌、大肠杆菌、大肠埃希菌、耐热大肠杆菌检出率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:在生活饮用水微生物检验工作中,与滤膜法检验相比,多管发酵法检验效果更佳,细菌检出率较高,具备较高的推广价值。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of multi tube fermentation and membrane filtration methods in detecting microorganisms in drinking water.Method:78 samples of domestic drinking water submitted by our center were used as experimental subjects.Based on the inspection method,they were divided into two groups,39 samples each.The control group was tested using membrane filtration method,while the observation group was tested using multi tube fermentation method.The qualification rate of the two groups and the detection status of microorganisms in the water samples were analyzed.Result:The qualified rate of water sample inspection using multi tube fermentation method was higher than that using filter membrane method(P<0.05).In the detection process of untreated water samples,the detection rate of mixed bacteria,Escherichia coli,Escherichia coli and thermotolerant Escherichia coli by the multi tube fermentation method was significantly higher than that by the filter membrane method(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the microbiological testing of drinking water,compared with the filter membrane method,the multi tube fermentation method has better results and a higher bacterial detection rate,which has high promotion value.
