摘 要:目的:探讨心理资本、获益支持对耳鼻喉专科护士工作倦怠感的影响。方法:通过对某省三甲医院50名耳鼻喉专科护士进行问卷调查,分析COVID-19背景下耳鼻喉专科护士心理资本、获益支持与工作倦怠感的关系。结果:50名耳鼻喉专科护士的心理资本得分为(82.52±5.67)分,获益支持得分为(108.36±6.95)分,工作倦怠感得分为(85.38±5.26)分,不同工作年限、工作时间下,护士工作倦怠感得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关性分析结果表明,耳鼻喉专科护士心理资本与获益支持呈正相关、心理资本与工作倦怠感呈负相关,获益支持与工作倦怠感呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:提高耳鼻喉专科护士的心理资本和获益支持,有利于降低护士工作倦怠感。Objective:To explore the effects of psychological capital and benefit support on job burnout among ENT specialist nurses.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 50 ENT nurses in a tertiary hospital in a province to analyze the relationship between psychological capital,benefit support and job burnout among ENT nurses in the context of the COVID-19.Results:The psychological capital score(82.52+5.67),benefit support score(108.36±6.95)and job burnout score(85.38±5.26)of 50 ENT nurses were statistically different(P<0.05)according to their working years and working hours.The results of the correlation analysis showed that ENT nurses'psychological capital was positively correlated with benefit support,psychological capital was negatively correlated with job burnout,and benefit support was negatively correlated with job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion:Improving the psychological capital and benefit support of ENT nurses is conducive to reducing burnout among nurses.
