摘  要:减少排放、节能和延长换油周期成为当前促进发动机技术不断革新的三大驱动力。发动机制造商采用机内、机外新技术,以达到史上最苛刻的排放标准,进而推动着内燃机油技术不断更新换代,向着低硫磷灰分、低黏度、节能方向发展。基于OEM等对机油超长换油周期技术的迫切需求,如何实现发动机油的超长换油周期成为添加剂制造商和润滑油生产商面临的巨大挑战。文章分析新技术对机油要求的变化,通过强化机油分散性能和抗氧化性能的研究,选择最优方案在台架上进行超长换油周期机油的可行性验证,跟踪台架并定期取样分析,确定了该机油方案在重负荷国六发动机上可以实现15万km的换油周期。Emission reduction,energy conservation and extended oil-drain interval(ODI) have become three driving forces to promote the continuous innovation of engine technologies.Engine manufacturers have adopted new technologies inside and outside the engine to meet the most stringent emission standards in the history and then promote the constant upgrading of internal combustion engine oil technologies towards low SP ash,low viscosity and energy conservation.According to the urgent need of OEMs for significantly extended ODI technologies,how to achieve engine oils with significantly extended ODI becomes a huge challenge for additive and lubricant manufacturers.The paper analyzed the changes to requirements of new technologies for engine oils.For the study of enhanced oil dispersion and oxidation resistance,the optimal scheme was selected to verify the feasibility of the oil with a significantly extended ODI on the bench,and the bench was tracked,and samples were taken regularly for analysis.It was determined that the enhanced engine oil scheme could achieve an ODI of 150,000 km on heavy-duty Ⅵ engines.
