摘 要:为提高猪肉中氯霉素残留分析效率,在重庆市永川区4个农贸市场各购选5组新鲜猪肉,各自混合均匀制备成4组分析样品,经乙酸乙酯提取后使用氮吹仪浓缩至近干,残渣用水溶解,然后以正己烷脱脂,采用甲醇—水进行洗脱,经色谱柱分离后,采用多反应监测ESI-模式进行定性及同位素内标法定量分析。结果显示,氯霉素在0.1~0.8 ng/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数R^(2)>0.999,相对标准偏差为4.2%~8.2%,回收率为82.7%~117.5%。所选样品检测结果均为阴性,表明永川区所选区域抽检猪肉品质良好。该法虽不能针对每一组样品进行独立检测分析并出具检测报告,但可在大批量样品中初步筛选残留氯霉素的样品,缩小筛查范围,提高猪肉中氯霉素残留物监控效率。In order to improve the efficiency of analysis of the chloramphenicol residues in pork,five groups of fresh pork were purchased from each of the four agricultural markets in Yongchuan District,Chongqin Province and then mixed uniformly to prepare four analytical samples.After extracted with alkaline ethyl acetate,the residue was concentrated to nearly dry with a nitrogen blowing instrument.The residue was dissolved in water,then degreased with n-hexane,eluted with methanol-water,and separated by a chromatographic column,the multi-reaction monitoring ESI mode was used for qualitative analysis and the isotope internal standard method for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the linearity of chloramphenicol was good in the range of 0.1~0.8 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999(R^(2)>0.999),the relative standard deviation was 4.2%~8.2%,the recovery rate was 82.7%~117.5%,and the test results of the selected samples were negative,indicating that the quality of the pork in the selected areas of Yongchuan District was good.This method couldn't conduct independent detection and issued a detection report,but it could initially screen residual chloramphenicol sample in a large number of samples,which narrowed the scope of screening,and improved the monitoring efficiency of chloramphenicol residues in pork.
