摘  要:主要分析了世界及中国电子气体供需现状,展望了电子气体未来供需,以此对产业发展提出思考与建议。近10年来,中国电子气体国产化水平不断提升,部分高端产品供应能力实现突破。受益于半导体集成电路、光伏等产业的快速发展,2022~2027年中国电子气体年均增长率约为10%。但目前中国电子气体行业存在一些问题:整体规模小、高端产品供应不足、部分产品同质化、研发投入不足;相关配套设施依赖进口,分析检测技术缺乏;专业化从业人才缺乏。建议加大政策资金扶持引导力度,打造行业领军企业;加强应用需求与材料研发对接,推动电子气体及配套设施的国产化;坚持人才培养与引进并重,提升人才数量与质量。The current situation of supply and demand of electronic gases in the world and China was analyzed,the future supply and demand of electronic gases was put forward,and thoughts and suggestions for industrial development was presented.In the past ten years,the level of localization of electronic gases in China has been improving,and the supply capacity of some high-end products has achieved a breakthrough.Benefiting from the rapid development of semiconductor integrated circuits,photovoltaic and other industries,the average annual growth rate of China's electronic gases will be about 10%from 2022 to 2027.At present,there were some problems in China's electronic gas industry:small overall scale,insufficient supply of high-end products,homogenization of some products,insufficient investment in R&D;reliance on imports of relevant supporting facilities,lack of analysis and testing technology;lack of specialized practitioners.It was recommended to increase policy and financial support to build industry leaders;strengthen the docking of application demand and material research and development to promote the localization of electronic gases and supporting facilities;adhere to the equal importance of talent training and introduction to improve the quantity and quality of talents.
