摘　　要：加拿大居民自我保健意识强,广泛使用天然健康产品,与我国膳食营养补充剂渗透率相比,远高于我国居民。加拿大的膳食营养补充剂主要归类于天然健康产品范畴,还有一部分作为营养品管理。加拿大出台一系列法律、法规对天然健康产品从审批、生产到销售的所有环节进行严格的审批制监管。产品进入市场前对产品市场准入、产品原料、产品声称以及产品标签等方面提出了严苛的要求,需要提交大量报告和实验数据。在第三国生产的产品则需要进口许可证,并证明在第三国生产的产品完全符合加拿大的生产规范要求。Canadian residents have a strong awareness of self-care and widely use natural health products.Compared to the penetration rate of dietary supplements in China,the penetration rate was much higher than that of Chinese residents.Dietary supplements in Canada were mainly classified as natural health products,and some are managed as nutritional supplements.Canada has introduced a series of laws and regulations to strictly regulate all aspects of natural health products,from approval,production to sales.Before entering the market,there were strict requirements for product market access,product raw materials,product claims,and product labeling,requiring the submission of a large number of reports and experimental data.Products produced in a third country need an import license,and it is necessary to prove that the products produced in a third country fully meet the requirements of good manufacturing practice in Canada.
