摘　　要：慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病(CIDP)是一种慢性免疫介导的周围神经系统脱髓鞘疾病,以对称性肢体近端和远端无力及感觉功能障碍为主要临床表现。CIDP的发病机制尚待进一步探索,但具有可治性。早期合适的治疗是避免累积的继发性轴突损伤、提高临床康复可能的关键。有关CIDP各免疫治疗及潜在治疗方法的研究正在开展,未来CIDP的治疗方案将进一步优化,新的治疗方法有望在CIDP中应用。本文主要对CIDP的现有治疗方法及治疗进展进行综述。Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy(CIDP)is a chronic immune-mediated demyelinating disease of the peripheral nervous system,characterized by symmetrical weakness and sensory dysfunction in the proximal and distal extremities.Although the specific pathogenesis of CIDP is still under further exploration,it is curable.Early and appropriate treatment is the key to avoid cumulative secondary axonal injury and improve the possibility of clinical rehabilitation.The research on immunotherapy and potential treatment of CIDP is being carried out.In the future,the treatment of CIDP will be further optimized,and new treatment methods are expected to be used in CIDP.This article mainly reviews the established treatment methods and treatment progress of CIDP.
