益气活血法联合脑循环治疗仪对短暂性脑缺血发作的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血法联合脑循环治疗仪综合干预短暂性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attack,TIA)患者的效果,为今后中医防治社区脑卒中的工作奠定基础。方法:将符合TIA诊断并且改良ABCD评分≤10分的120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,分别采用益气活血法联合脑循环治疗仪综合干预方案及TIA常规预防方案进行干预,两组患者均干预6个月。分别于干预前、干预3个月、干预6个月评估患者TIA发作频率、改良ABCD评分及脑卒中发生率;干预前及干预6个月后评估实验室指标(血脂、血糖、血黏度、同型半胱氨酸等)。结果:各项指标统计结果显示:干预前后两组患者各指标比较,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血黏度1、血浆黏度、同型半胱氨酸等指标统计结果P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,其余各指标比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:益气活血法联合脑循环治疗仪综合干预方案对TIA患者的干预效果优于常规预防方案。Objective:To observe efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue therapy(益气活血法)plus cerebral circulation therapy on transient ischemic attack,and to lay a foundation for the future work of TCM in the prevention and treatment of stroke in the community.Methods:A total of 120 patients who met the diagnosis of transient ischemic attack and modified ABCD score≤10 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group,and the comprehensive intervention program of theO Yiqi Huoxue therapy plus cerebral circulation therapy and the conventional prevention program were applied respectively,and the patients in both groups were intervened for 6 months.TIA frequency,modified ABCD score and stroke incidence were evaluated before intervention,3 months of intervention and 6 months of intervention.Laboratory indicators(lipids,blood glucose,viscosity,homocysteine,etc.)were evaluated before and after 6 months of intervention.Results:The statistical results of various indexes showed that total cholesterol,low-density ester protein,blood viscosity 1,plasma viscosity,homocysteine and other indicators were P<0.05,and the remaining indicators were P>0.05.Conclusion:The intervention effect of the Yiqi Huoxue therapy plus cerebral circulation therapy is better.
