摘　　要：介绍了余甘子、余甘子中的主要成分及其功效;比较了萃取余甘子多酚、黄酮、多糖等功效成分的不同方法,结果表明应用溶剂浸提法萃取余甘子功效成分最为广泛和便捷,尤其是使用乙醇作为溶剂;重点综述了当前余甘子提取物在化妆品中的应用和研究成果,如抗氧化、美白、抗衰老、舒缓、控油/防脱、抑菌/防腐等功效。最后就余甘子提取物的应用前景、更加优化的萃取方法、在化妆品中的潜在应用和解决其当前存在的不稳定问题进行了展望。The main components and functions of Phyllanthus emblica L.were introduced.Different methods for extracting polyphenols,flavonoids and polysaccharides from Phyllanthus emblica L.were compared.It showed that solvent extraction method was the most widely used and convenient,especially when ethanol was used as the solvent.The research progress and application of Phyllanthus emblica L.extract in cosmetics were reviewed,including the functions of anti-oxidation,whitening,anti-aging,soothing,oil control/preventing hair loss,antibacteria/preservation,etc.Finally,the application prospect,more optimized extraction methods,potential application in cosmetics,and how to solve the problem of instability were discussed for Phyllanthus emblica L.extract.
