摘  要:本文介绍一种薄板成形液压机电液伺服控制系统技术方案,通过技术路径选择、控制策略及控制算法研究、伺服系统软硬件体系架构规划、系统软件功能实现等方面的研究,开发的低速精细流量电液伺服系统具有动态响应快、精度高、抗过载能力强,且平稳可靠等技术优点,适应薄板成形压机板片压制成形工艺要求,其相关技术亦可推广应用于其他智能产线及装备控制。A technical solution for the electro-hydraulic servo control system of a sheet forming press has been introduced in the text.Through research on technology path selection,control strategy and algorithm re-search,servo system software and hardware architecture planning,and system software function implementation,the developed low-speed fine flow electro-hydraulic servo system has technical advantages such as fast dy-namic response,high accuracy,strong overload resistance,and stability and reliability,adapting to the re-quirements of sheet metal forming process for press.Its related technology can also be promoted and applied to the control of other intelligent production lines and equipment.
