Resight非接触广角镜联合23G玻璃体切割系统治疗眼内炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评估Resight非接触广角镜联合23G玻璃体切割系统治疗感染性眼内炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析确诊为感染性眼内炎,通过Resight非接触广角镜联合23G玻璃体切割系统手术治疗的患者21例(21眼)。术后跟踪随访3~12个月,记录相关检查并对结果进行统计学分析。结果跟踪随访3~12个月,21例21眼的眼内感染经过治疗均得到控制。治疗前BCVA均未超过0.3,治疗后有5例BCVA超过0.3,9例BCVA0.05~0.3。2例患者经过治疗后的BCVA仍为光感。结论Resight非接触广角镜联合23G玻璃体切割系统治疗眼内炎可明显提高患者的最近矫正视力,术后并发症少,是临床上可选择的安全有效的方法。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of resight non-contact wide angle lenses combined with 23-gauge vitrectomy system for the treatment of infective endophthalmitis.MethodsRetrospective analysis was performed on 21 patients(21 eyes)who were diagnosed with infective endophthalmitis and treated by resight non-contact wide angle lenses combined with 23-gauge vitrectomy system.Postoperative follow-up was performed for 3 to 12 months,and relevant examinations were recorded and the results were statistically analyzed.ResultsFollow-up period ranged from 3 to 12 months,intraocular infection in 21 eyes of 21 cases was controlled after treatment.Before treatment,BCVA did not exceed 0.3.After treatment,there were 5 cases with BCVA exceeding 0.3,and 9 cases with BCVA ranging from 0.05 to 0.3,and 2 cases with BCVA were still light perception.Conclusion Resight non-contact wide angle lenses combined with 23-gauge vitrectomy system in the treatment of endophthalmitis can significantly improve the best corrected visual acuity of patients with less postoperative complications,and is a safe and effective method clinically available.
