摘　　要：急性消化道出血是常见的急症,包括急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血、急性食管胃静脉曲张出血和急性下消化道出血。急诊内镜在急性消化道出血中起着重要作用,而急诊内镜的时机一直存在争议。本文就急性消化道出血急诊内镜的时机及内镜下治疗方式等作一综述。Acute gastrointestinal bleeding is a common emergency,including acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,acute esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding,and acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding.Emergency endoscopy plays an important role in acute gastrointestinal bleeding,and the timing of emergency endoscopy has always been controversial.This article reviewed the timing and endoscopic treatment methods of emergency endoscopy for acute gastrointestinal bleeding.
