肝癌术后感染导致胆管支气管瘘1例报道

摘　　要：胆管支气管瘘临床上极其罕见,病因包括结石或肿瘤导致的梗阻、肝胆肿瘤侵袭、近膈处局部感染及医源性损伤等。近年来,胆管支气管瘘发病率呈上升趋势,其确诊主要依赖于患者临床表现和影像学结果,目前主要采取介入治疗和外科手术治疗的方式。本文报道了1例肝癌术后感染罕见导致胆管支气管瘘患者的临床资料,并复习了国内外相关文献,对该疾病的诊断和治疗进行归纳总结。Bronchobiliary fistula is an extremely rare clinical disease.It may occur to some conditions,such as obstruction caused by calculus or tumor,invasion of hepatobiliary tumor,local infection near diaphragm and iatrogenic injury.In recent years,the incidence of bronchobiliary fistula is on the rise,and its diagnosis mainly depends on the clinical manifestations and imaging studies of patients.Clinical data of 1 patient with bronchobiliary fistula caused by rare postoperative infection of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed retrospectively.Relevant literature was reviewed,and the diagnosis and treatment of this disease were summarized.
