我国城市蓝绿空间对心理健康影响的系统综述与荟萃分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国城市蓝绿空间对心理健康影响的定量研究不断涌现,对其进行整合性量化分析成为健康城市领域的重要内容。文章采用系统性综述的方法全面检索并筛选出2012—2022年我国43篇城市蓝绿空间与心理健康相关关系实证研究文献;通过同质性检验、空间统计单元分组等步骤总结出植被覆盖率、绿视率、水体覆盖率等共性指标;运用加权Z检验的方法进行荟萃分析。结果表明:植被覆盖率、绿视率、水体覆盖率对心理健康状态存在显著的效应量关联;最近公园距离、最近水体距离对心理健康状态的影响不显著。因此,心理健康导向下的城市蓝绿空间规划设计应重点关注植被覆盖率、绿视率、水体覆盖率等核心指标,以期为居民提供充足的蓝绿空间,提高其心理健康水平。In recent years,quantitative research on the impact of urban blue-green spaces on mental health has emerged in China,and the integrated quantitative analysis of its mental health effects has become an important content in the field of healthy cities.This paper uses the method of systematic review to search and select 43 papers on the empirical studies of the relationship between urban blue-green space and mental health in China from 2012 to 2022.Through homogeneity testing,spatial statistical unit grouping,and other steps,common indicators are identified including vegetation coverage,green looking ratio,and water body coverage,and then a weighted Z-test method is used for meta-analysis.The results show that there is a significant effect-quantity correlation among vegetation coverage,green looking ratio,and water body coverage and the state of mental health,while the distance to the nearest park and to the nearest water bodies has no significant impact on mental health.Accordingly,the planning and design of urban blue-green space oriented with mental health should be focused on core indicators such as vegetation coverage,green looking ratio and water coverage to provide sufficient blue-green space for residents and improve their mental health.
