基于CiteSpace文献计量分析企业生态位的研究现状探索

摘　　要：企业生态位类似于物种在自然界中的生态位,对企业生态位研究在企业的管理、竞争力、创新等方面具有一定的现实意义,通过对企业生态位文献进行总结分析,以期为学者的研究提供参考并提供新的研究思路。从企业生态位文献梳理与回顾、高被引用文献、研究热点分析三个方面展开了论述,并基于CNKI数据库,运用CiteSpace软件,以2002—2022年发表的566篇文献为样本对关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析。研究表明:企业生态位研究阶段可以分为“探索阶段—深化阶段—多元化研究阶段—多元应用阶段”,并且目前研究更多的是建立模型,以具体的数据作为支撑进行定量的说明分析,研究对象也更加微观具体;企业生态位研究热点主要在产业集群、中小企业等方面;关键词突现分析,找到了企业生态、协同进化等10个突现词。依据研究结果,提出了未来可以从“双碳”目标下资源节约的视角、平台企业为研究对象和技术生态位创新为研究内容等建议。The niche of an enterprise is similar to the niche of a species in nature.The research on the niche of an enterprise has certain significance in the management,competitiveness and innovation of an enterprise.By summarizing and analyzing the enterprise niche literature,this paper aims to provide references and new research ideas for scholars.The research contents of this are discussed from 3 aspects:the review of enterprise niche literature,the highly cited literature,and the analysis of research hotspots.Based on CNKI database,CiteSpace software was used to analyze co-occurrence,clustering and emergence of keywords in 566 literatures published from 2002 to 2022.The research results show that the research stage of enterprise niche can be divided into′exploration stage,deepening stage,diversified research stage and diversified application stage′.Recent research has focused more on establishing models and conducting quantitative analysis based on data,with more specific research subjects,The research focus of enterprise niche is mainly on industrial cluster,small and medium-sized enterprises and so on.In this paper,10 emergent words such as enterprise ecology and co-evolution are found.According to the research conclusion,suggestions are put forward in the following aspects.It is believed that future research can be conducted from the perspective of resource conservation under the dual carbon goal,platform enterprises as the research object,and technological niche innovation as the research content.
