数字赋能生态扶贫的理论逻辑与实践路径研究

摘　　要：生态扶贫是贫困治理与生态保护的有机结合,统筹贫困地区经济发展和生态脆弱区域资源保护,是具有中国特色、因地制宜的扶贫治贫方式和理念。在加快数字乡村建设背景下,新科技和产业为生态扶贫工作提供了技术支持。分析数字赋能生态扶贫的内在逻辑,将数字技术嵌入生态扶贫工作,构建数字赋能生态扶贫理论框架,提炼总结数字赋能生态扶贫经验,揭示数字赋能生态扶贫的形态及效用,以期为乡村生态治理与乡村经济协调发展提供参考。Ecological poverty alleviation is an integration of poverty management and ecological protection,which coordinates the economic development of poverty-stricken areas and resources protection in ecologically vulnerable areas.It is an approach and concept tailored to poverty-stricken rural area with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of digital village strategy,new technologies and industries provide technical support for ecological poverty alleviation.By summarized Chinese ecological poverty alleviation experience,analyzes the internal logic of digital enabled ecological poverty alleviation,integrates digital technology into ecological poverty alleviation,and constructs a theoretical framework of digital enabled ecological poverty alleviation,and reveals the ways and effects of digital enabled ecological poverty alleviation.So as to provide reference for the coordinated development of rural ecological governance and rural economy.
