摘　　要：以国内外旅游饮食体验的相关研究为数据来源,采用系统性文献综述法梳理相关研究成果,基于旅游饮食体验的概念和理论应用,提炼出旅游饮食体验的五大特征;并以结构维度、前因变量、结果变量、作用机制的论述逻辑评述了现有研究。基于此,构建包括了维度、前因、结果、中介及调节因素的旅游饮食体验研究框架,从深化理论研究、结构维度、影响因素、作用机制、影响结果等方面预测未来研究方向。This paper takes the relevant research on tourism food experience in China and abroad as the data source,comprehensively reviews the relevant research achievements in this field by using the systematic literature review method,systematically combs the concept connotation and theoretical basis of tourism food experience,and extracts 5 characteristics of tourism food experience;Then it reviews the existing research contents with the logic of structure dimension,antecedent variable,outcome variable and mechanism.Based on this,a research framework of tourism food experience including antecedents,outcomes,mediators and moderators factors is constructed,and potential directions for future research are proposed from the aspects of deepening theoretical research,structural dimensions,influencing factors,mechanisms and outcomes.
