摘　　要：以名录制为基础的非物质文化遗产抢救性保护、整体性保护和生产性保护工作初步构建了我国非遗保护的实践体系,对非遗保护起到了关键作用,但在非遗名录制保护实践中也出现了遗产保护碎片化,遗产持有者弱化,遗产生活性式微等系列问题。文章从村落场所、原生主体、日常生活生产等阐述非遗与村落间的内在关系,认为村落既是非遗存续的空间也是非遗实践的外化形态,村民既是非遗的创造者也是非遗的使用者,日常生活既是非遗的表达内容也是非遗本体,村落空间、村民共同体、日常生活与非物质文化遗产是构成村落有机体的不同向度,以村落作为非物质文化遗产保护的基本单位,才能真正实现非物质文化遗产“见人、见物、见生活”的存续形态。Based on the heritage listing,the rescuing,holistic,and productive protection of intangible cultural heritages has primarily constructed the practical system of protection in China,which has been playing an essential role in protecting intangible cultural heritages.However,problems have remained,including the fragmentation of protection,the weakening role of the holders,and the lack of the features of daily life.This article aims to reveal the interrelationship between the intangible cultural heritages and the specific villages in terms of village sites,native villagers and their daily life and production.It concludes that the villages are not only the places for the continuity of intangible cultural heritages but also the external expressions of intangible cultural heritages.Villagers are not only the creators but also the users.Daily life is not only the expressive content of intangible cultural heritages but also the representations themselves.The village space,the village community,their daily life and intangible cultural heritages have constituted different dimensions of an organic village.Therefore,it is by taking the village as the basic unit for the protection of intangible cultural heritages that can ensure the survival form of intangible cultural heritages in connection with humans,their daily life and relevant things.
