摘 要:基于纯电动汽车能量消耗量及续驶里程测试法规,搭建了纯电动汽车高压能量流测试台架,进行了低温、常温及高温环境下动力电池、驱动电机等关键高压部件的能量消耗量测试。并基于测试法规规定的CLTC-P循环工况,以该循环工况的3个速度区间为基本单位,对各关键高压部件的能耗进行了分析评估,结果表明:不同温度、不同平均车速均对纯电动汽车各高压部件的能耗表现有很大的影响,其中动力电池能耗表现受两者影响最大。低温环境下动力电池的能耗表现最差,但随着车辆持续运行低中速区间一段时间后,在高速区间中其高能耗表现会逐渐趋于正常。The pure electric vehicle high-voltage energy flow test bench was built based on the pure electric vehicle energy consumption and driving range test regulations,and the energy consumption of key high-voltage components such as power battery and drive motor was tested at low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature.Based on the CLTC-P test cycle specified in the test regulations,the energy consumption of each key high-voltage component was analyzed and evaluated with the three speed ranges of the test cycle as the basic unit,and the following conclusions were drawn:Different temperatures and different average speeds have a great impact on the energy consumption performance of each high-voltage component of the pure electric vehicle,of which the power battery energy consumption performance is most affected by both.The energy consumption performance of power batteries is the worst in low-temperature environments,but as the vehicle continues to operate in the low to medium speed range for a period of time,its high energy consumption performance will gradually become normal in the high-speed range.
