摘  要:夹芯板,作为轻量化设计的产物,拥有着和层合板相媲美的优异性能。因此,从工程实际出发,利用现有的实验数据,采用两种建模方法(“Tie”约束建模、整体分块赋属性建模),在此基础上,比较了有限元模型中积分公式的精度大小,并分别给出了4种有限元模型,通过与实验数据对比,探讨合适的有限元模型,仿真结果表明,采用整体分块赋属性高斯积分的建模方法得到的位移、应力的计算结果分别可以保持1.16%、5.2%的误差,文中的结果可为以后的夹芯板的数值仿真提供一定参考。Sandwich board,as a product of lightweight design,has excellent performance comparable to laminated board.Therefore,starting from the actual engineering,this paper uses the existing experimental data to adopt two finite element models("Tie"constraint modeling and overall block assignment modeling).On this basis,the accuracy of the integral formula in the finite element model is compared,and four finite element models are respectively given.By comparing with the experimental data,the appropriate finite element model is discussed.The simulation results show that the error of 1.16%can be maintained in the calculation results of displacement and stress obtained by the integral block attributive Gaussian integral modeling method.The results in this paper can provide some reference for the numerical simulation of sandwich plates in the future.
