摘  要:微波加热是一种潜在的促进沥青路面微裂纹自愈合、提升沥青路面耐久性能的有效手段。作者采用钢渣等体积替换粒径为4.75~9.5 mm、9.5~13.2 mm粗集料,基于化学共沉淀法得到改性钢渣集料以进一步增强钢渣微波吸收能力,研究钢渣透水沥青混合料在微波加热和冷却过程中试件表面和内部温度分布规律和变化速率,并将改性钢渣粗集料试件(PAC-MS)的温度分布结果与普通钢渣粗集料试件(PAC-US)、玄武岩集料试件(PAC-B)的结果对比分析。研究结果表明:沥青混合料试件在加热过程中温度呈线性变化,并且试件内部平均升温速率高于表面平均升温速率;加热过程中PAC-MS表面平均升温速率、内部平均升温速率高于PAC-US和PAC-B;冷却过程的温度呈非线性变化,并且在初始冷却阶段降温速率很大,而后逐渐变缓趋于水平。Microwave heating is a potential and effective way to promote the asphalt pavement micro cracks self-healing and improve the asphalt pavement durability.In this study,Steel Slag Aggregate(SSA)was used to replace the coarse aggregate of size 4.75~9.5 mm and 9.5~13.2 mm with equal volume and SSA was modified to further improve its microwave absorption capacity based on the chemical coprecipitation method.The temperature distribution law and temperature change rate on the surface and inner the specimen during heating and cooling was analyzed,and the temperature distribution results of modified SSA porous asphalt mixture specimen(PAC-MS)were compared with those of ordinary SSA porous asphalt mixture specimen(PAC-US)and basalt aggregate specimen(PAC-B).The results showed that the temperature of porous asphalt mixture specimen changed linearly during the heating period,and the average heating rate inner the specimen was higher than the average heating rate on the surface;the surface average heating rate and internal average heating rate of PAC-MS under continuous heating mode were higher than those of PAC-US and PAC-B;the temperature changed nonlinearly during the cooling process,and the cooling rate was very fast at the initial stage of cooling,and then gradually became slow and tended to horizontal.
