摘　　要：在护理专业学科建设的基础上,探索国际化护理人才培养,以满足国际化护理人才的需求。本文以国际化护理人才所需知识与技能为基础,以提升学生综合能力为导向,结合国内外相关规范、标准及可借鉴的先进护理理念,构建适应中国护理学科发展需求的国际化护理人才培养模式,以提升国际护理人才胜任力。To explore the feasibility of comprehensive nursing education program in meeting the increasing demands for global nursing,this initiative was oriented toward the overall development of the nursing discipline in China.The education program was competence-based with essential knowledge and skills in nursing as the fundamental basis,and with the incorporation of recognized global standards and scopes defined for nursing practice.Meanwhile,advanced concepts and ideas in global nursing education was considered in establishing this global nursing education program,therefore meeting the national demands for global nursing and promoting overall global competency in nursing.
