摘　　要：基于我国中药类专业人才培养的机遇与挑战,为更好地适应新时代行业发展的需求,以湖南中医药大学为依托,对中药类专业新实践教学模式进行了探索,提出以“四阶段递进,四平台驱动,四机制保障”为实施途径,提升中药类专业人才的实践性、创新性,实现校企人才良好的对接输送,助力中药类专业实践教学模式的改革与发展。Based on the opportunities and challenges of the training of Chinese medicine professionals in China,in order to better meet the needs of industry development in the new era,this paper explores the new practical teaching mode of Chinese medicine majors based on Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,and proposes to take "four-stage progression,four platform driven,and four mechanism guarantee" as the implementation way to improve the practicality and innovation of Chinese medicine professionals,realize the good docking and transportation of school-enterprise talents,and help the reform and development of the professional practice teaching mode of Chinese medicine.
