人喉癌诊断中肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)检测的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨肿瘤异常蛋白(TAP)检测结果对于喉癌诊断的参考价值。方法 选取我院2019年4月至2022年5月期间收治的57例喉癌患者(观察组)以及同期于我院接受体检的60名健康体检者(对照组)作为研究对象,通过TAP检测,对比喉癌患者与健康者TAP检测结果,分析影响喉癌患者TAP表达水平的相关因素。结果 观察组喉癌患者的TAP凝聚物面积[(179.71±26.79)μm~2>(70.08±13.54)μm~2]高于对照组健康体检者(t=28.144,P<0.05),观察组喉癌患者的TAP阳性率(71.93%>18.33%)高于对照组健康体检者(χ~2=34.007,P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组喉癌患者的TAP凝聚物面积降低至(105.63±19.77)μm~2。在TAP检测结果为阳性的患者中,发生淋巴结转移的患者比例为46.34%,临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者比例为48.78%,高分化的患者比例为63.41%,均显著高于TAP检测结果为阴性的患者(P<0.05)。结论 在喉癌的临床诊断中,实施TAP检测,以TAP检测结果为参考,能够准确判断疾病的发生、进展情况。在喉癌患者的临床治疗中,TAP检测结果可以作为预后判断的重要依据。Objective To discuss the reference value of tumor abnormal protein(TAP)on the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma.Methods 57 laryngeal carcinoma patients treated from April 2019 to May 2022 in our hospital were set as observation group;60 healthy checkups were set as control group.TAP expressions were measured and compared.The influence factors of TAP expressions in laryngeal carcinoma patients were analyzed.Results TAP condensation product areas in the observation group and control group were(179.71±26.79)μm 2 and(70.08±13.54)μm 2,with statistically significant difference(t=28.144,P<0.05);TAP positive rates in the observation group(71.93%)were significantly higher than control group(18.33%),with statistically significant difference(χ2=34.007,P<0.05).After treatment,TAP condensation product areas in the observation group were reduced to(105.63±19.77)μm 2.Among the positive TAP patients,the lymphatic metastasis patients accounted for 46.34%,48.78%for stageⅢ~Ⅳpatients and 63.41%for the highly differentiated patients.Related values in positive TAP patients were significantly higher than negative TAP patients(P<0.05).Conclusion TAP examinations can be referred to know about the laryngeal carcinoma’s disease genesis and progression conditions.Meanwhile,TAP is of great importance to the evaluation of surgical prognosis.
