摘　　要：帕金森病非运动症状日益受到重视,也成为帕金森病的研究热点。文章介绍了帕金森病相关非运动症状,包括感觉障碍、神经精神症状、睡眠障碍及自主神经功能障碍等,着重介绍其临床表现、评估方法及处理策略。The non-motor symptoms of Parkinson disease have received more and more attention,which have become a hot spot in the study of Parkinson disease.The non-motor symptoms related to Parkinson disease,including sensory disturbances,neuropsychiatric symptoms,sleep disturbances,and autonomic dysfunctions were reviewed in this article,and its clinical manifestations,evaluation methods,and managements were emphasized.
