三联、四联药物方案治疗胃溃疡的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨胃溃疡患者分别采用三联、四联药物方案治疗的临床效果。方法96例胃溃疡患者,以抽签法分为参照组和研究组,每组48例。参照组患者采用三联药物方案治疗,研究组患者采用四联药物方案治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、疾病复发率、临床症状改善时间以及治疗前后胃溃疡面积、疼痛程度。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率95.83%高于参照组的79.17%,疾病复发率2.08%低于参照组的14.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者胃溃疡面积(3.11±0.03)cm^(3)小于参照组的(8.59±2.39)cm^(3),胃灼痛评分(1.06±0.15)分、上腹疼痛评分(1.02±0.13)分低于参照组的(1.79±0.39)、(1.91±0.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者反酸消失时间(1.53±0.53)d、烧灼感消失时间(1.25±0.39)d、嗳气缓解时间(2.56±0.46)d、恶心呕吐消失时间(2.39±0.25)d以及腹胀消失时间(2.42±0.65)d均短于参照组的(2.65±0.56)、(2.71±0.57)、(3.56±0.59)、(3.59±0.22)、(3.59±0.44)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与三联药物方案比较,临床采用四联药物方案治疗胃溃疡患者的效果更高,可显著降低疾病复发率,改善胃溃疡面积、疼痛程度,缩短反酸消失时间、烧灼感消失时间、嗳气缓解时间、恶心呕吐消失时间以及腹胀消失时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of triple and quadruple drug regimen in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 96 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into reference group and study group by lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with a triple drug regimen,and those in the study group were treated with a quadruple drug regimen.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate,improvement time of clinical symptoms,area of gastric ulcer and pain level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.83%in the study group was higher than that of 79.17%in the reference group,and the recurrence rate of 2.08%was lower than that of 14.58%in the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the area of gastric ulcer of(3.11±0.03)cm^(3)in the study group was less than that of(8.59±2.39)cm^(3)in the reference group;the score of gastric cardialgia of(1.06±0.15)points and the score of epigastric pain of(1.02±0.13)points in the study group were lower than those of(1.79±0.39)and(1.91±0.26)points in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the disappearance time of acid reflux was(1.53±0.53)d,the disappearance time of burning sensation was(1.25±0.39)d,the relief time of belching was(2.56±0.46)d,the disappearance time of nausea and vomiting was(2.39±0.25)d,and the disappearance time of abdominal distension was(2.42±0.65)d,which were shorter than those of(2.65±0.56),(2.71±0.57),(3.56±0.59),(3.59±0.22),and(3.59±0.44)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with triple drug regimen,quadruple drug regimen has a higher effect on the treatment of gastric ulcer patients,which can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,improve the area and pain of gastric ulcer,shorten the disappearance time of acid reflux,the disappearance time o
