基础治疗联合牙周维护在慢性牙周炎治疗中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性牙周炎患者运用基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗的临床价值。方法110例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组55例。对照组开展基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以牙周维护治疗。对比两组年均缺牙数、牙周炎复发率、牙周指数情况[出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)]及治疗效果。结果试验组牙周炎复发率9.09%低于对照组的30.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组年均缺牙数(0.56±0.07)个少于对照组的(1.40±0.20)个,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组BI、PLI分别为(1.2±0.2)、(0.7±0.2)分,低于对照组的(2.3±0.5)、(1.6±0.4)分,PD、AL分别为(2.8±0.3)、(3.5±0.2)mm,小于对照组的(5.1±0.6)、(4.4±0.5)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率96.36%高于对照组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎患者,能够降低疾病复发率,有效改善牙周状况,保证牙周组织的健康,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical value of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with periodontal maintenance on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of average annual number of missing teeth,recurrence rate of periodontitis,periodontal index[bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),loss of attachment(AL)],and therapeutic effect.Results The recurrence rate of periodontitis in the experimental group was 9.09%,which was lower than that of 30.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average annual number of missing teeth in the experimental group was(0.56±0.07)teeth,which was less than that of(1.40±0.20)teeth in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,BI and PLI were(1.2±0.2)and(0.7±0.2)points,which were lower than those of(2.3±0.5)and(1.6±0.4)points in the control group;PD and AL were(2.8±0.3)and(3.5±0.2)mm,which were lower than those of(5.1±0.6)and(4.4±0.5)mm in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.36%,which was higher than that of 76.36%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of basic treatment and periodontal maintenance is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis patients,which can reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,effectively improve the periodontal condition and ensure the health of the periodontal tissue.
