摘  要:主要针对飞剪原有HMD剪切方式与加拿大K.ELK公司优化剪切系统进行冗余运行,HMD剪切方式作为基础剪切方式,控制电机的速度进行剪切,优化剪切仪投入运行后,飞剪HMD方式退出电机控制权,由优化剪切仪通过直接转矩方式进行控制电机。两种控制方式在程序上实现互锁,优化剪切仪退出剪切方式后,HMD剪切方式快速衔接,实现飞剪剪切的冗余控制方式。飞剪冗余剪切技术的投入后,彻底消除剪切偏差。飞剪剪切板坯的稳定性也得以提高,同时飞剪切损率降低0.1%以上,取得了良好的应用效果。This paper is mainly for the original HMD shear mode and Canada K.ELK company optimization shear system for redundancy operation,HMD shear mode as a basic shear mode,control the speed of the motor shear,optimize the shear instrument into operation,fly shear HMD way exit motor control,by optimizing the shear instrument through direct torque to control the motor.The two control modes are interlocked in the program.After optimizing the shear mode,the HMD shear mode is quickly connected to realize the redundant control mode of fly shear shear.After the input of the redundant fly shear shear technology,the shear bias is completely eliminated.The stability of the fly shear shear slab can also be improved,and the fly shear loss rate is reduced by more than 0.1%,which has achieved a good application effect.
