摘  要:梅山钢铁公司热轧厂运输链采用的是多连杆结构步进梁,针对使用过程中多次发生活动梁箱体处断裂的问题,利用有限元分析了步进梁故障高发部位整体受力情况,采取结构优化等措施。结果表明,采取增加筋板、隔热设施、加固轨道基础等,选择耐高温材料等措施,提高了活动梁抗变形强度,明显降低了步进梁的应力集中现象,消除了步进梁断裂隐患,满足了生产的需求。The transportation chain of the hot rolling plant of Meishan Iron and steel company adopts the walking beam with multi connecting rod structure.In view of the fracture of the movable beam box many times in the process of use,the overall stress of the high fault prone part of the walking beam is analyzed by using the finite element method,and the structural optimization and other measures are taken.The results show that the measures such as adding stiffeners,heat insulation facilities,strengthening track foundation and selecting high-temperature resistant materials improve the deformation strength of the movable beam,significantly reduce the stress concentration of the walking beam,eliminate the hidden danger of fracture of the walking beam and meet the needs of production.
