摘　　要：本文聚焦国有企业在高质量创新方面的积极作用,利用2007—2021年中国沪深A股上市公司数据,探讨国有企业是否能够发挥其保障国家战略实施、担当自主创新先锋、承担更多高质量创新的作用,并分析发挥这一作用的触发条件。研究发现:国有企业承担了更多高质量创新。利益趋同效应、资本市场压力以及风险承担能力是国有企业承担更多高质量创新的重要触发条件。此外,国有企业承担高质量创新的水平在行业和地区中也有所区别。因此,应继续加大对国有企业在我国关键领域核心技术突破的支持力度,继续深化国有企业改革,发挥好国有企业在保障国家经济安全、抢占产业发展制高点、构建科技创新举国体制的显著优势,提高国家高质量创新水平。This article focuses on the positive role of state-owned enterprises in high-quality innovation,using data from A-share listed companies in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2007 to 2021 to explore whether state-owned enterprises can play their role in ensuring the implementation of national strategies and acting as pioneers of independent innova-tion,undertaking more high-quality innovation,and analyzing the triggering conditions for this role.Research finds that state-owned enterprises undertake more high-quality innovation.Further research finds that the convergence of interests effect,capital market pressure,and risk taking ability are important triggering conditions for state-owned enterprises to undertake more high-quality innovation.In addition,the level of high-quality innovation undertaken by state-owned enterprises varies across indus-tries and regions.Therefore,we should continue to increase support for core technological breakthroughs in key areas of state-owned enterprises in China,deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,and leverage the significant advantages of state-owned enterprises in ensuring national economic security,seizing the commanding heights of industrial development,and build-ing a nationwide system of scientific and technological innovation,so as to improve the national level of high-quality innovation.
