摘 要:防化医学是军事预防医学的关键组成部分,也是军医大学重要的任职培训课程。传统课堂理论教学模式不能满足学生任职岗位的内在需求。笔者所在教研室以培养学生的综合素质为导向,通过收集并筛选高质量的病例建立完善的病例库、借助智慧教室的信息化平台,从病例信息解读、学生分组讨论、现场汇报答辩以及课后讲评等流程实施了基于智慧教室的病例讨论教学模式。该模式充分突出学生的课堂主体地位,激发学生的学习兴趣、有效提高学生的综合素质和能力,取得了较好的教学效果。文章从防化医学任职培训教学中应用该教学模式的必要性、课前教学准备、课堂教学实施、课后讲评总结和应用体会进行了系统论述,以期为防化医学任职培训课程的教改提供借鉴。Chemical preventive medicine is a crucial component of military preventive medicine and an important vocational training course at military medical university.The theoretical teaching mode in the traditional classroom cannot meet the needs of students'work.Aimed at developing students'comprehensive quality,the authors have established an optimized case database by collecting and screening high-quality cases.With the information platform of the smart classroom,the case discussion-based teaching mode has been implemented throughout four stages,namely,case interpretation,peer discussion in groups,oral presentation,and after-class evaluation.This mode ensures studentscentered teaching,stimulates their learning interest,and effectively improves their comprehensive ability,thus achieving better teaching results.This article systematically discusses the necessity of case discussion,pre-class teaching preparation,classroom teaching implementation,afterclass evaluation and summary,as well as the application experience in vocational training in chemical defense medicine,which will provide a reference for the teaching reform.
