小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验教学改革的探讨与实践

摘　　要：微核试验在临床和科研中应用十分广泛。小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验课的开展旨在让学生熟悉和掌握微核实验原理及检测方法的基础上启发科研思维。然而从开设这门实验课至今,实验教学中仍然存在许多亟须解决的问题。文章根据徐州医科大学公共卫生学院实验中心多年的实验教学经验,从实验安全、实验动物管理、实验操作、实验教学、学生培养和科学素养等方面,提出以下改革建议:建立详细、准确的安全方法和程序;进行实验动物伦理再教育;探索操作标准,提高实验可重复性;挖掘课程思政元素,无缝衔接融入实验教学;注重学生综合素质的培养,激发创新思维;尊重实验结果,培养学生实事求是的科学态度。通过这项实验课的改革实践,希望能为学生适应将来的科研或工作打下更为坚实的基础。Micronucleus testing is widely used in clinical and scientific research.The development of the mouse bone marrow cell micronucleus experiment course aims to familiarize students with and master the principles and detection methods of micronucleus experiments,and inspire scientific research thinking.However,since the establishment of this experimental course,there are still many urgent problems that need to be solved in experimental teaching.Based on years of experimental teaching experience in the Experimental Center of the School of Public Health,Xuzhou Medical University,this article proposes the following reform suggestions from the aspects of experimental safety,animal management,experimental operation,experimental teaching,student cultivation,and scientific literacy:establishing detailed and accurate safety methods and procedures;conduct ethics education on experimental animals;exploring operational standards to improve experimental repeatability;explore ideological and political elements in the curriculum,seamlessly integrate them into experimental teaching;pay attention to the cultivation of students'comprehensive qualities and stimulate innovative thinking;respect the experimental results and cultivate students'scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts.The reform and practice of this experimental course aims to lay a more solid foundation for students to adapt to future scientific research or work.
