摘 要:目的观察以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在帕金森病教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年11—12月嘉兴学院医学院四年级医学生30名,采取常规理论授课教学方法,设为对照组;选取2020年11—12月四年级医学生30名,采用CBL教学法授课,设为观察组。教学后分别对两组学生进行理论考试、问卷调查和带教的满意度测评,进行分析对比。结果观察组理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生问卷调查结果对比,除主动性积极性外其他9个方面能力比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森病教学中应用CBL教学法,可显著提高医学生临床理论和实践综合能力,提高对教学的接受性、积极性和满意度。Objective To observe the application value of CBL(case-based learning)model in Parkinson's disease teaching.Methods From November to December 2019,a total of 30 fourth-year medical students from the School of Medicine of Jiaxing University were selected and set as the control group by adopting conventional theoretical teaching methods.From November to December 2020,30 fourth-year medical students were selected to teach with CBL teaching method and set up as an observation group.After teaching,the two groups of students were analyzed and compared with theoretical examinations,questionnaires and teaching satisfaction assessments.Results The theoretical exam scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of questionnaire survey results between two groups of students showed that the observation group had better abilities in 9 aspects except for initiative,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL teaching method in the teaching of Parkinson's disease among medical students can significantly improve their comprehensive clinical theory and practice ability,and improve their acceptance,enthusiasm and satisfaction of teaching.
