摘 要:目的探讨临床医学本科实行全程导师制培养机制的具体实践效果。方法采取问卷调查的方式,对2021年6—7月四川大学华西临床医学院临床医学专业的80名学生进行调查研究,分别记录学生对本科全程导师制的满意度和意见,以此来分析全程导师制培养机制在本科生培养的实践过程中存在效果和不足之处。结果通过调查学生满意度,结果显示与导师交流满意度的对比中,有53名(66.25%)学生表示很满意,有11名(13.75%)学生表示较满意,有16名(20.00%)学生不满意。在对临床医学专业课程学习方面的满意度对比中,有66名(82.50%)学生表示很满意。有11名(13.75%)学生表示较满意。有3名(3.75%)学生表示不满意。在科研创新能力培养领域的满意度调查中,有52名(65.00%)学生表示很满意,有10名(12.50%)表示较满意,有18名(22.50%)学生对此表示不满意。在对临床实践活动满意度调查中,有44名(55.00%)学生表示很满意,有12名(15.00%)学生感到较满意,有24名(30.00%)学生感到不满意。在对人文素养培训满意度的调查中,有22名(27.50%)学生表示很满意,有15名(18.75%)学生表示较满意,有43名(53.75%)学生表示不满意。结论本科全程导师制对学生临床技能的教学成果是积极的,临床技能的学习效率很高,且能带动学生进行科研创新训练。但是教学的维持能力不强,所以影响范围不大,仅集中于固定学科技能的学习中,其应用存在一定的不稳定性。本科全程导师制培养机制的自身应用价值很高,但是当前实践过程中遇到了一定的问题,导致其应用效率受到了影响。未来还需要对本科导师制加强应用改造,找寻问题并完善教学策略,以求找到更为全面有效的临床医学本科生培养模式。Objective To explore the concrete practical effect of implementing the whole-process tutorial system training mechanism for clinical medical undergraduates.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 80 students major of Clinical medicine,West China Clinical Medical College,Sichuan University from June to July 2021,and their satisfaction and opinions on the whole-course tutorial system were recorded respectively,so as to analyze the effects and shortcomings of the whole-process tutorial system training mechanism in the practice of undergraduate training.Results Through the investigation of student satisfaction,the result showed that 53 students(66.25%)were satisfied,11 students(13.75%)were satisfied,and 16 students(20.00%)were not satisfied.In the comparison of satisfaction with the study of clinical medicine courses,66 students(82.50%)expressed great satisfaction.11(13.75%)students expressed satisfaction.3(3.75%)students expressed dissatisfaction.In the survey of satisfaction in the field of scientific research and innovation ability cultivation,52(65.00%)students said they were very satisfied,10(12.50%)said they were relatively satisfied,and 18(22.50%)said they were not satisfied with this.In the survey of satisfaction with clinical practice activities,44(55.00%)students were very satisfied,12(15.00%)students were relatively satisfied,and 24(30.00%)students were dissatisfied.In the survey of satisfaction with humanistic quality training,22(27.50%)students said they were very satisfied,15(18.75%)students said they were relatively satisfied,and 43(53.75%)students said they were not satisfied.The data showed that the undergraduate whole-process tutorial system was positive for the teaching results of students'clinical skills,the learning efficiency of clinical skills was high,and it could drive students to carry out scientific research innovation training.However,the maintenance ability of teaching was not strong,so the scope of influence was not large.It was only concentrated in the learning of fixed subje
