摘 要:目的:探讨基于腾讯会议的线上+线下混合式教学与传统线下教学两种教学模式应用于《传染病学》课程的教学效果。方法:选取2020年—2022年上半年广西医科大学5年制本科临床医学专业1161名学生作为观察组,该组学生线上授课时使用腾讯会议平台,采用线上+线下混合式教学模式;选取2018年—2019年广西医科大学5年制本科临床医学专业798名学生作为对照组,该组学生采用面对面传统的课堂授课及床旁临床见习。比较两组学生的期末考试成绩及评教满意度。结果:对照组的期末考试平均分明显高于观察组(t=5.625,P<0.001),但两组80~<90分数段的学生比例比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.586,P=0.444);观察组学生对教师的满意度明显更高(χ^(2)=37.749,P<0.001)。结论:高分数段学生的学习成绩受教学手段的影响较小,教学质量并没有因为教学手段改变而明显下降,混合式教学模式对以后出现突发情况或教学模式调整有借鉴意义。Objective:The teaching effect of online+offline lesson and traditional offline lesson based on Tencent conference in the course of infectious diseases was explored.Methods:The observation group were those 1161 students of 5-year clinical medicine major of Guangxi Medical University who were taught in hospital from 2020 to the first half of 2022.Tencent conference platform was used for online teaching and the online+offline teaching mode were adopted.In the control group,798 student s of the 5-year clinical medicine major of Guangxi Medical University had the classes of Epidemiology from 2018 to 2019.The face-to-face'traditional'classroom teaching and bedside clinical probation were used.The test score of the final examination and the satisfaction of teaching evaluation were compared between these two groups.Results:The average score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(t=5.625,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the 80~90 scores of the two groups(χ^(2)=0.586,P=0.444).The students in the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction with the teachers(χ^(2)=37.749,P<0.001).Conclusion:The student s with high scores was less affected by the teaching methods,and the change of teaching methods did not make the quality of teaching to decrease significantly.The mixed teaching mode is of great reference significance for the sudden situation or adjustment of teaching mode in the future.
