摘  要:目的:调查护理专业实习生职业认同感水平,并分析影响护生职业认同感的相关因素,为提高护生职业认同感提供依据。方法:2022年7月—2023年4月经便利抽样法选取368名护理专业实习生,运用一般资料调查表和护生职业认同感问卷(PIQNS)进行调查。结果:护理专业实习生职业认同感得分为(66.01±12.75)分,仅56.7%的实习护生喜欢护理行业。多元线性回归显示:是否喜欢护理行业、担任学生干部、遭遇职业暴露或工作场所暴力、家人从事医疗相关工作和课外阅读习惯是实习护生职业认同感的影响因素。结论:实习护生职业认同感水平中等,学校专职教师和临床带教护士应根据影响护生职业认同感的相关因素采取针对性措施,增强实习护生的职业认同感,以稳定护理人才团队。Objective:To investigate the level of professional identity of nursing interns,and analyze the relevant factors that affect the professional identity,so as to provide a basis for improving the professional identity of nursing students.Methods:From July 2022 to April 2023,368 nursing interns in Guangxi were selected by convenience sampling method and investigated with general information questionnaire and professional identity questionnaire for nurse students(PIQNS).Results:The score of professional identity of nursing interns in Guangxi was(66.01±12.75),only 57.6%of the nursing students like nursing profession.Multiple linear regression showed that liking the nursing profession,being a student leader,encountering occupational exposure or workplace violence,family members engaging in medical-related work,and extracurricular reading habits were the influencing factors of professional identity of nursing interns.Conclusion:The level of professional identity of interns is medium.School full-time teachers and clinical teaching nurses should take targeted measures based on relevant factors that affect the professional identity of nursing students to enhance the professional identity of nursing students and stabilize the nursing talent team.
