摘　　要：目的:分析小鼠转录抑制因子Bhlhe41的蛋白性质和结构特征。方法:利用NCBI、ExPASy和CBS网站中的各种生物信息学分析工具,对小鼠转录抑制因子Bhlhe41的理化性质、亲疏水性、二级结构、结构域和三级结构以及相互作用的蛋白进行分析。结果:小鼠转录抑制因子Bhlhe41是一个不稳定的亲水性碱性蛋白质,分子式为C1955H3104N558O575S10,等电点为8.07;二级结构中含有38.54%的α-螺旋,6.59%的延伸链,3.66%的β-转角和51.22%的无规卷曲;含有一个HLH结构域和一个ORANGE结构域。结论:小鼠转录抑制因子Bhlhe41蛋白性质与结构特征的分析为深入研究其生理病理条件下的功能和调控机制奠定了实验基础。Objective:To analyze the protein properties and structural characteristics of mouse transcription suppressor Bhlhe41.Methods:The physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity,secondary structure,domain,tertiary structure and interacting proteins of mouse transcription suppressor Bhlhe41 were analyzed by using various bioinformatics analysis tools from NCBI,ExPASy and CBS websites.Results:The mouse transcriptional suppressor Bhlhe41 was an unstable hydrophilic basic protein with molecular formula C1955H3104N558O575S10 and isoelectric point 8.07.The secondary structure contains 38.54% α-helix,6.59% extension chain,3.66% β-angle and 51.22% random curl.Contains an HLH domain and an ORANGE domain.Conclusion:The analysis of the properties and structural characteristics of mouse transcriptional suppressor Bhlhe41 protein lays a foundation for further study of its function and regulatory mechanism under physiological and pathological condi tions.
